Loss creates grief, and healing from grief takes time.
With the practice of yoga, you can go through the experience of grief without feeling like it is neverending.
When I teach, I give people space to feel what emotions they need to feel. I give you space so that you can identify what patterns are holding you back.
My approach to teaching is showing you different yoga tools to help with anxiety, restlessness, or any condition that comes with grief. While grieving, it's essential to get in the relaxation phase as much as possible to promote healing. I do this with gentle yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and journaling.
