Opening (5 - 10 minutes) Meditation with Mudra accompanied with an affirmation
Dharma talk (10 - 20 minutes) Talk about the theme of the week related to yoga
Meditation practice (30 minutes) We will do a practice relating to the theme
Share/Activity (10 - 15 minutes) Opportunity to share your experience and if time permits an activity
Closing (5 - 10 minutes) Mudra accompanied with an affirmation
